This exclusive coastal setting consists of five multi-unit buildings, each with three levels. A sixth building houses the recreation room, mail room, and ocean-view balcony. All units, including ours, are single-story and have an unforgettable ocean-front view. No buildings, fences, or paved roads lie between our place and the Pacific Ocean!

With a full ocean view (yes- visible from the kitchen!) you won’t mind spending a little time in our kitchen while throwing together snacks or grabbing another cup of coffee.
It has granite counters and is complimented with all the standard features, including dishwasher, K-cup coffee maker, toaster, oven, blender, microwave, etc… to handle breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, and dessert.
Eat at the breakfast bar, family dining table, or while happily perched out on the lanai (patio / balcony).

Our front door is only a few dozen feet from the Oregon Coast Trail. You can walk from our beach to many other beaches through miles of unbelievably pristine trails – all without crossing a road, or loading up your car!
